First time at RAMP and highly impressed! I was greeted by Erin, Evie, and Nurse Mallory when I walked in. Evie gave me a full tour and Erin took the time to explain all the services in detail. I finished my visit with the Vitality Booth and it was incredible. I’ve done red light therapy before, but this was next-level with the addition of salt and eucalyptus. Highly recommend giving RAMP a try!

Ramp Athletics is truly a next-level facility. The training environment is excellent, but I love the focus on recovery. I’ve been using both the red light therapy and the cold plunge, and I feel incredible. Facility is clean and friendly, but the staff sets things apart - they are awesome. Highly recommend to anyone serious about performance and recovery!

This place is truly amazing. I was so nervous this morning about doing the cold plunge, but my body was so sore from working out so much. I desperately needed to try something to help my body recover faster. Erin made me feel so at ease and the experience was truly amazing. I left feeling like a brand new person. I did the cold plunge and vitality chamber. I got the membership because I need this in my life.
