I have been going to Ramos Dental for 7 years, but had to change due to insurance. My new place told me I needed 2 fillings, 3 crowns, and a root canal, even though I had just seen Dr. Ramos 6 months before and was fine. Dr. Ramos gave me a second opinion, including xrays, for FREE! He looked at me and said that I was fine. I offered to pay, because he saved me \$3000 at the new place, but they declined. I went to Dr. Rudy Ramos for fillings and such... He is so gentle and kind and concerned about the patients comfort. I have had nightmares with other dentist but not with Dr. Ramos. He is a sweetheart!!!! No Problems what so ever.
my sister had a bad experience here the wait was to long and when her and I had finally got her in the chair and we were excited i could say the assistans made us feel great, very nice, sweet, and kind.then we had started treatment on her and he was very rough with her she felt terrible the next day and i think he was mad at one of the assistans not very professinal to act like that around patients if I would say
im not sure what everyones saying about it being hard to get an appointment or a hold of them, im giving them an A-PLUS! i called 7 times to make sure i was going the the right way and everytime they answered and made sure i made my appointment. im not sure the drs name,she works tue and thurs but very nice and made me feel soo comfertable and the assitance did as well.everyone was very helpful and made me very comfertable.painless and i would reccommend to anyone.my husbands going next. oh and prices thumbs up, and i dnt ha... read more
Dr. Ramos is great. No Problem getting an appointment when needed. No office visit charge. Only for the work she does. Doesnt spare on the Novocaine so no pain is felt. I didnt want to go at first because of other bad dentists but she is one of the great ones.
The only problem - kinda hard to get an appointment. But other than that it was great! I made appointments for the whole family, we were seen in a timely manner. It was also the first real trip for my (5) five year old and it went so smooth. The hygenist talked her through it all and she did not get scared once. I will continue to come to see the folks at this office for there kindness, politeness and there ability to make our family feel welcome.
I went to Dr Ramos in April and May of this year and had some bad experiences. They gave me a crown and when 1 month later it came off I called to get it recemented that morning, as I had to go to work. They told me their was no Dr in the office for that day and no one there that could recement my crown. They explained to me that the Dr was in his other location in Katy and I could drive there if i wanted. I live in Pasadena - it was 8am I would have been fighting traffic there and back so I said no.
