AVOID RAMOS AT ALL COST. I had this company install a roof and they caused so much damage and caused heartburn for years and which they never remediated. The owner - Robert- and I corresponded about all of my issues and installation issues causing tens of thousands of dollars and Mr Ramos doesn’t won’t to own up to his company - who is in bankruptcy. Without a doubt the worst Roofing Company in Columbus Ohio. They must be out of business because they don’t answer their phone and their voicemail is full. I gave them one star just to warn any potential victims about this company. I believe they went out of business.
Robert and his Crews were fantastic! They understood the need for immediate repairs and completed them quickly and efficiently. We highly recommended!

I have yet to be talked to about this by the owner of the company. The sub contractors insurance denied the claim. I have emailed several times but nothing has happened to offer help with what has been damaged. It was paid in full the day it was put on. They ha... read more
