Had an awesome experience with my roof review with Fatima.
We needed a good roof inspection due to wind damage. Garrett from Ramos Roofing was here the next day after we contacted them. Garrett did a thorough roof inspection. He showed us the photos he took and the wind damage was worse than what we can visualize from the ground. Garrett patiently explained the process to start our insurance claim and he engaged the Insurance company directly on our behalf. Ramos Roofing does a great job. They’ve been around much longer than all these new companies because they do things right. I personally worked with Garrett, who stayed in communication with me and let me know exactly what was going on each step of the way, even when my insurance company was taking too long. He took care of everything. However, I know that most project managers that works there are great because I’ve interacted with a lot of them through the process.
