Richie from Ramos is one of the kindest, most genuine humans in the business. He will walk you through every step of the process- there is genuinely no question too small or too silly. Garrett came by for a roofing inspection, and he was great. Very honest, didn’t try to upsell me. Quick, friendly, and professional.
I was so impressed how Seth and Richie walked me through the process of working with insurance, selecting the scope of the repairs, and then scheduling the construction day. Even though we had to reschedule (can't work during a snowstorm, obviously), communication was excellent. The crew finished the project in a day, and it looks great! Thank you, Ramos Roofing!
I've used Ramos twice, once for our home and once for a barn. They did great work both times, and were able to help me out with a very tight timeline for the barn. I worked with Richie Wilson- he and his crew were very easy to work with. I highly recommend them!
