Ramos Roofing will over estimate the cost & scope of work needed & charge you regardless. I had a minor leak that needed attention & Lauro Ramos came to look at the job. He gave me an estimate of $2800 with an expectation it would take 2 guys all day to complete and if they can't finish in one day, they would complete the next morning. The next day, his 2 guys showed up and completed the work in 3 1/2 hours, but I was still presented with an invoice of $2800. A total scam.
It has been raining hard and my renters who live upstairs called and reported that the roof was leaking. I called Ramos Roofing because I've had a previous experience with them. About 10yrs earlier, I had desperately needed a downspout which they had come and installed expertly and then they waited patiently for payment which took a couple of weeks.
