I called Ramos Plumbing last month after having the hot water heater line break. The staff member that answered the phone was courteous and explained that the plumber would call me as he was finishing his other job. The plumber called on time and told me when I could expect him. The plumber showed up on time, assessed the situation quickly, and got right to work.
