My case has not even been heard as of today. However, I have been treated very fair and decent by Mr.Ramos and Ms. Donna !
I hired Mr.Ramos he charged me $10,000.00, and he was very unsatisfactory. Besides rushing to leave on the 2 times he actually came to visit me while i was in jail, he also wouldn't go over my motion of discovery with me. Mr. Ramos would not even make an attempt to get my bond reduced. I feel that the money I used to hire Mr.Ramos to represent me as my attorney went straight down the drain and I would not refer Mr. Ramos at all. I had an appointment set up with this lawyer on Friday for a free consultation on a federal case. Today (Wednesday) his Secretary (who seemed to be a nice lady) called to inform me of the $25,000 retainer and kindly asked me if I still wanted to keep my appointment on Friday. Ummm...I guess not!! What is it that prevents lawyers from just saying "I dont want to take your case or give you a consult". I would have understood that better.
