Very very disappointed with the care and the promise I was given. By the actual owner of this establishment. I called early in the morning, to make sure the arrangements get there in due time. He promised me that they will get there around 1 even 2pm. It’s already 433 and the business closes at 5pm. He was advised it was a bank. And yet. No delivery yet.. I’m very disappointed with the lack of service I was given…
Just ordered some flowers for a Great Friend! The service was excellent and I recommend anyone who want quick, friendly service! I know I'll use them again!!!
What can I say the owner is a great guy. Helped me get some beautiful Roses and gave me amazing advice. I would highly recommend this flower shop. Ramos really makes you feel like family.
