I would not recommend Ramos Flower Shop. Next day my roses were dying and petels were falling off the leaves were dry. I mean I was completely surprised when my boyfriend had them sent to me on my first day of my new job however the place he usually gets from was closed so he went to another local shop. I called to let them know and all they told me was I'm sorry but I just did another arrangement with same flowers, maybe you forgot to put the flower food... um no I did that. I was appalled to learn that my gift fruit basket was left outside the gate. When asked, the reply was"too bad". Also, the clerk was very stoic and curt. Do not shop here. You will be very disappointed.

They were kind enough to send me text of bouquets for a long distance delivery. I appreciated that and thought I’d use them from now on for Mother’s Day. Unfortunately, the roses that we’re delivered to my mother died the day after they were delivered. My mother called and asked if they could be replaced. She was told to come in and they would replace them. When she did, she was told they expected the full bouquet (even though she wasn’t asked to bring in the entire bouquet). Great service , amazing staff , BEAUTIFUL ARRANGEMENTS I just can’t express how good it is , I’ve always shopped from Ramos flowers and it’s always an excellent experience 🤍
