Gina Sussi, APRN-BC explained my MRI in depth. She is easy to talk to, and I don't sense any judgement. Chronic pain can slowly take your life. There is also a stigma. I'm so thankful to have a practitioner who takes my pain seriously and is willing to use multiple modalities. The office staff and nurses made me feel comfortable.
So far... Our opinion is quickly headed to rock bottom.
Today was my first visit with Dr. Cassell and I was pleasantly surprised at how kind both he and his assistant were. Im sorry I forgot his assistants name. She was thorough, kind, empathetic and even had a good sense of humor! Dr. Cassell was also kind, understanding, listened to me, answered all of my questions and is providing much needed pain relief for me. Would highly recommend them!
As a resident of Englewood and a senior with debilitating back issues, I was thrilled that my first visit to the Englewood office maintained the same professionalism as the Venice office. Extremely convenient for me. Plus able to avoid the seasonal traffic congestion notorious in Venice. .
