All staff pleasant and friendly. Good visit, and I will come back for follow-up visits 👍
I went to see Lance Cassell in the Englewood, FL office on 3/06/25 for lower back pain. Now to understand where I am coming from here's some history. I was involved in a mva that ended up causing spinal stenosis, and an issue with my S1 . Now, I have had 3 epidural steroid injections in Lakeland, FL ( Central Florida Spine Institute) and at Dr. Lam's office in Winchester, VA (Interventional Spine Care at ValleyHealth). Those injections did not work on me so I went to my GP and asked for pain medication. Now here is the kicke... read more
My first visit with Dr. Smith was Several months ago. I thought I would go to the Englewood office because I live in Englewood, but I was so disappointed with that doctor that I never will come back to see him again. When he came in to see Me, I told him what was going on With my physical health. He was so distant so uncaring and has a very hard heart. My dad was a medical doctor and he treated people with Compassion, love and kindness. I would like to see someone speak to Dr. Smith for the way he treated me and if he contin... read more
I would like to apologize to Dr. Amen and staff. My complaint had been that he didn’t come to the phone when I needed to speak with him. They are too busy there to speak to patients during working hours. The Dr. would have called me back if I had left a message. In fact, the Dr. had read my complaint and did add a few more pills to my prescription when I’m experiencing extreme pain. Please disregard a former negative review!
Not good. Was given gabapentin and could not take the drug. Loopy and not coordinated. Took 2 plus days and only change would be from gabap. Clinic is impossible to contact. Doctor was fair at best. I finally reached and canceled future apt.
