I was really disappointed with how my appts went. The first time I was there she was very kind and we had a good conversation, but the next time I had an appt thar had completely changed. She barely talked and even had a bit of attitude with me. it was really uncomfortable and I felt like I couldn't talk about my health problems without her dismissing me. Dr. Zak and nurses are absolutely great. Known Dr. Zak since my kids were little.
booked months in advance. cancelled my appointment with no reason the day before. i called in, asking why my appointment was cancelled? front desk gave 0 reason. GAD is not a joke and taking patients who suffer severely from this is equally disgusting. earliest next appointment is january. there is no universe where a zocdoc appointment that should take no more than half of an hour of your life’s time should be cancelled the day before with 0 reason. there’s a mental health crisis going on and people need help. if you value ... read more
