Took car in to get generic shocks & struts replaced with Monroe because car sounded as if it was going to fall apart from all the noise it was making. Just need to try harder to complete the work on or before the promised time but overall did a good job.
Great experience. They had to order my tires in, only took 1 day. Brought my car in and only took them a few hours to put on new tires, repair valves, check/fix alignment. Best prices in the area by far. I have had my tires for 15k now and they are still in great shape. Definitely recommend this place and definitely coming back for next set!
I have been dealing with the ramona tire in corona for some time. The last few times i have been in there i have been dealing with the new manager that is part of the family. he has taken good care of all of our vehicles and been nothing but honest to me and my family. i will recommend this service facility to my family and friends
I have been a customer of Ramona Tire since 2002 and would not hesitate recommending them to anyone. I recently went in to have my two front tires replaced not knowing that my rear tires were dated 2007. The tread wear was fine, so I had not concerned myself with them. I do know from a past sidewall blow out that even though the tread may appear fine the age of the tire is also an important thing to consider. I appreciated the fact that they noticed this and I went ahead and replaced all four tires.
