We have been with Ramona Mini Storage well over a year now. The Staff are always Polite, Professional, & Courteous. They Answer all our Questions with a Smile. The Gated Property is Completely Fenced In with pretty good Lighting Outside & Inside the Unit itself. The Property is also Maintained & kept Clean so our Storage Unit continues to remain Free of Ants & Rodents and that is definitely a plus! I had a gazillion questions and he helped me set up my account. I am computer ignorant, and he helped me so much to get everything squared away and he made the transition very simple for me.
