I wasn't allowed to pay for my storage over the phone or online. They sold my 2 units.
We have been with Ramona Mini Storage well over a year now. The Staff are always Polite, Professional, & Courteous. They Answer all our Questions with a Smile. The Gated Property is Completely Fenced In with pretty good Lighting Outside & Inside the Unit itself. The Property is also Maintained & kept Clean so our Storage Unit continues to remain Free of Ants & Rodents and that is definitely a plus!
