I’m slightly conflicted on this review because I did like Dr. Mihu, but when my insurance changed and I need to send my prescription to my new specialty pharmacy, I left two voicemails and no one returned my call. It’s disappointing to be seeking help with a somewhat serious condition and have to go extended lengths of time without medication. I’ve already found care with another physician, but I do hope this office can work out their administrative issues.
Dr. Mini is a caring physician who has the knowledge and experience to help her patients overcome their conditions. I cannot recommend her enough. Her care has given me a far more functional and enjoyable day to day life with far less stiffness and pain.
I went to see Dr. Mihu because I was experiencing a myriad of symptoms that concerned me. The first interaction was pleasant. She suggested labs and an x-ray due to my symptoms and her assessment. When I came back for a follow up appointment, Dr. Mihu concluded that the labs looked fine, however, the x-ray was concerning so she ordered an MRI. I paid $400 for an MRI and when I called the office for a follow up to discuss the diagnostic test, I was unable to get ahold of anyone. I left several voice messages with no response.... read more
