She and staff are qreat.I have a situation where there supposed to be calling me back..No return phone call as promised from the operator. I'll take this down if they ever answer me. And help me with our mutual problem. Which cost me money as I missed my infusion appointment thanks to these no call backs
I love Dr Mihu but her front desk never answers the phone. Good for her she is booked till 2026 but not good for me as I have to find another Dr for my PSA. Kinda bummed! Needs a better front office for a great doctor.
This provider cancelled my appointment not once but twice the day of after waiting several months for my appointment. I gave up rescheduling a third time as this provider is unreliable int terms of patients time and cancelling the day of multiple times. I wasted over 4 months of waiting when I could have seen another doctor by now. Very inconsiderate of patients time as I am sure I would have been charged a fee for canceling twice, THE DAY OF my appointment.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Mihu. From my very first visit, I felt truly heard and cared for. She takes the time to listen, understand my concerns, and meet me where I am in my health journey. I’m slightly conflicted on this review because I did like Dr. Mihu, but when my insurance changed and I need to send my prescription to my new specialty pharmacy, I left two voicemails and no one returned my call. It’s disappointing to be seeking help with a somewhat serious condition and have to go extended lengths of time without medication. I’ve already found care with another physician, but I do hope this office can work out their administrative issues.
