RecommendedI used to go to this gym religiously about 5 years ago and I loved it! I’m not too sure what it’s like now but if it’s anything like it was then, than it is amazing!!! I loved all the groups classes they offered, how friendly and helpful the staff was, how I never felt uncomfortable or out of place and of course one of my favorite things about the gym was the smoothie bar!!! I miss this gym and if I was still in Ramona I would sign up again in a heart beat!
We tried this Gym several times so far and love it! Today my husband and I decided to become members! Jonas helped us, gave us a tour and is super pleasant every time we see him � Thank you and happy to be part of the RFC family! Here's to good health! ���
I moved to Ramona back in September last year. I decided to sign up for the Ramona Fitness Center Biggest Winner 2018 Challenge to get back into a workout routine, make new friends and refocus on my health and fitness goals. What I found is a gym filled with some of the nicest people I have ever met. RFC owner, staff and members were all very friendly and helpful. Ramona fitness is filled with knowledgeable and encouraging trainers. Their fuel system is a great workout program that will challenge all levels of fitness.
I absolutely love this gym!! They have everything you need for any kind of workout! It’s never too crowded and the employees and trainers are so nice and inviting! Their protein shake bar is amazing! Quick and yummy after or before your workout. And I love that is a smaller business and I can support them. Everything about this gym is awesome! Highly recommend it!!
