Dr. Kayser & her staff are the best. They showed extreme care & compassion while having the love of my life put to sleep yesterday. It was so appreciated, they didn't treat him as if he was just "another cat".
This place used to be great because of the staff there. Eventually they all left, with the exception of one and have been replaced by people who are just bullied around by Dr. Kayser. Over the years Dr. Kayser has become more and more cold towards her customers, her staff and most of all the animals. You're safe if you have a cat, but she makes it very clear she doesn't like dogs.
