Dr. Ortiz was very nice and he explained everything. The staff is awesome and really helpful.
My mom is an 84 year old senior citizen. She had a referral from her dentist for a procedure that needed to be done and insurance that they were a part of. Her insurance was going to cover it 100%. They tried to take advantage of her and told her she had to pay the entire procedure in cash herself, that her insurance didn't cover it and that they checked.
