My doctor set down and explained my options with me which I appreciated. Kathy was warm and friendly. However, the rest of the team did not seem warm and friendly. They should help patients feel welcomed and loved, especially since they are going through health problems. They were dry with me. They need to visit chic-fil-a to see how customer service works.Lets do better please.
I was extremely pleased with my visit, and the surgery that the doctor did was very successful. Really am pleased with Dr. Caballero, and would recommend him to anyone!
