Dr Tovar is an amazing Dr. he has been my doctor for well over 5 years and man I’m going to miss him once he goes to his new field. Dr Tovar is a down to earth physician. He listens to his patient's health concerns and genuinely cares about their resolution. Dr Tovar is not just relying on old medical practices, but researches new and inovative processes and medicines to help solve the medical problems of his patients. My wife and I are very happy with the care we receive at his clinic.
