I never make reviews but I feel it’s important information to know beforehand. They have a zero cancellation policy, let me clarify. If you are a new patient and you need to reschedule for what ever reason they will not let you reschedule and you will no longer be able to be seen by this practice. I understand that time is money but at least let a new patient reschedule. Life happens, things happen. Be more reasonable. Have a blessed day.
Have been working with Dr. Guillen on and off for years now. Nothing negative to say, always appreciate his insight and time. I'm always shocked at how great his support staff is - these days it's common to work with admin people who are incompetent or just don't care - that's not the case here at all!
After years searching and many appointments, I am very thankful for finding Dr. Guillen. My life has changed for the best after starting the right treatment under his supervision. I went years misdiagnosed and with inadequate treatment and it is of great relief to be under the correct treatment.
