Dr. Ramirez is a great doctor. We’ve been seeing her for a long time. This review is more for the staff front desk and the way that the situation was handled. I was not aware that my insurance was not contracted with Dr. Ramirez anymore. Did not get a phone call prior to my appointment to be told. Hey, sorry we need to cancel the appointment due to your insurance not contracted with our office. Been with Dr Ramirez since she started at this practice, she's been my 2 sons pediatrician of choice since they were 6 & 8, now 17 & 19. I have absolute confidence in her knowledge. She's thorough, listens, takes time to fully understand and values my kids at every stage they've been through in their young lives. She is by far the best pediatrician! She knows what it take to be a great pediatrician! She listens to parents concerns and addresses not dismiss them. My 5 kids have gone to her and I wouldn't have it any other way.
Dr. Ramirez is a wonderful doctor. She remembers things about our daughter when we go to the office. Dr. Ramirez is thoughtful, and takes our experiences and concerns seriously. She is really intelligent and truly caress for our daughters well being. We are truly grateful to have her as our daughter's pediatrician.
