I have been taking my car to Ramirez and Sons for servicing for several years. They offer excellent service at a fair price. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and conscientious. Ramirez & Sons has always been a very family-oriented buisness,who always put their customers first, no matter how little or big the problem is. If I could give this place minus stars, I WOULD! What a horrible first impression they have made. Took my car there since they are approved by AAA and wanted a second opinion after being recommended a series of repairs at the dealership, I was told that all my car needed was tire rotation/balancing, new battery and engine mount. I approved the services and was told that everything but the engine mount would be done today.
