So sad to see both offices where pretty much the same for example Office in Mission experience, I have raised six children and have been going to Dr Ramirez office for over 14 years. Dr. Ramirez is an excellent doctor but the staff on the other hand some are great and friendly and others it seems simply do not want to work. I took my daughter in today 04/20/2022 approximately 5:55 pm and it seemed as if they did not want to see us as soon as we walked in the door. Arrived to Dr’s office at 2:50 pm because dr was suppose to be here by 3pm. I waited for two hours and half until dr arrived. I was taken into the room at 5:30 pm more or less. It is 6pm and have not been able to leave. I had never waited this much before and it is honestly frustrating!
