The place is small and doesn't smell the best. There isn't a large selection of food (one buffet steamtable for the "main courses"). The desert tables contained 3 inch x 1 inch smashed pieces of chocolate mousse cake with whipped peanut butter. Definitely not worth their lunch price of $7.00. 3/4 of the hot foods were cold. the food is very good . i loved it ijust hate the wait wish it was a lil bigger but other than that good place to go people need to stop hating its the best buffet around remenber its a buffet name one that better than it none lol stop hatiing get a life

I think the food is good for the price. I have eaten there both lunch and dinner and have enjoyed it. Yes ,some of the food is bland but you aren't going to please everyone so if you like it spicy bring your own hot sauce. I thought the staff was very friendly and they always made sure my glass was full. The other location is now open and it's closer to me so I will be trying that one soon. I also think the variety is excellent. It's the only regular buffet around.

Ok so despite all the reviews the ad still looked amazing. So we went and it was just as the reviews said. The only person that was friendly in the entire place was the cashier and her name was Keeshia I believe. She is their star employee by far. She has a smile and actually looks at you when you talk to her. The rest of the staff that we met seemed angry or bothered that they had a table. Dont be a waitress. The food was ok. Cont'd3. The food! Yes, they have a variety, but it's all bland and disgusting! Even the salad was sub-par. Everything was overcooked and exactly what you'd expect from a mass produced buffet. The biggest disappointment was the roast beef. It wasn't just red, it was purple! It was completely raw in the middle and charred black on top. I don't know how they achieved this. Cont'd4. The service! Our drinks were only filled 1 time, after asking twice. She'd walk by and completely ignore us...but she'd flirt with a table full of guys in another area. Every other waiter/es was rude and didn't want to be there...it showed.5. The ambience! Besides being filthy, it was trying to hard. I was required to give at least 1 star. If it were up to me, I'd take stars away.I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone. There were numerous problems with this place:1. You give your name and number in party at the start, and then you go wait in the corner to be called...like any normal restaurant. But no, you pay at the beginning, without being able to see the buffet. Also, if you're paying with a card you have to run it twice...once for the main meal, and then again for the tip.2. Food is good quality better than most other Chain Buffets. The staff is a bit overworked but the place is constantly full so be ready to wait. A second location coming soon I hear on 34th st. S. Price is reasonable for steak and fried shrimp on the menu. The layout is odd but accommodating. Obviously people do not see the big picture. STEAK and SHRIMP ALL YOU CAN EAT 9.99! I took a friend to check out this new St. Petesburg restaurant, what a huge dissapointment it turned out to be. From my peronsal experience on 10/29/2010, I found the food quality very poor, the customer service was terrible and the overall environment of the restaurant was dirty. The a/c ducts had mold all over in them and the bathrooms were extremely dirty and smelled terrible.
