Disappointed in follow up on warranty-related questions and service of Ramirez-installed water heater. Promised contact with company, warranty progress, and any on-site investigation never materialized despite multiple contacts via phone, message, email and text. Not responding and not responding in a timely manner are unacceptable and unprofessional.

We would highly recommend Ramirez Plumbing to anyone. They are a father and son duo and you can tell that they have many years of experience. Our experience with them was so good from beginning to end. They had done the plumbing for our whole building. What really impressed us is how we asked them to install a special sink. We had consulted with a couple of other companies, but were not confident in their plan or demeanor. We have used Ramirez Plumbing multiple times over the past +1 year and they always do a great job. Betty in the office is super helpful and gets someone out on short notice, Ray gets the job done and explains things really well, and their rates are very fair. They are the type of company that I will go back to again and again because I trust them, they do good work, and they are reasonably priced.
