Jason arrived on time and got right to work. I had ordered an opener prior to his arrival which did not come with a belt driven rail. Jason called the shop and confirmed they had a rail in stock and drove to pick it up. I apologized to Jason for the extra step and assured me it was no problem and told me he likes to work.
