We experienced a malfunction of our garage door not closing. We called Ramirez Overhead Doors and they dispatched Jason to investigate. He arrived and did his diagnostic routine identifying that the bottom of the track was not secure and activated the sensor as the door closed causing the door to reopen. It was obvious that Jason has years of experience, enjoys his work and takes pride in a job well done. We certainly will call Ramirez Overhead Doors for future garage door needs.
