My garage door opener started to make a very loud noise and the chain was sagging. Based on a friend’s recommendation, I called Ramirez to take a look at it. They scheduled an appointment for the same week. The problem was found quickly but the technician did not have the required part with him. A second appointment was scheduled for a few days later when the part would be available.
