I paid Reuben Ramirez to fix my Ford F150 and it still runs like it did before he fixed it. I asked him to come back and check the issue out why my truck is still not running right. He gives me the run around and lies to me. When I call him up he doesn’t answer the phone but when I call from an unfamiliar number he answers. My son was stranded in Edna TX. Ruben responded in a quick and professional manner. I thought it was the alternator or starer but unfortunately, the car had a locked up motor and we were unable to get any services done. He was reasonably priced.

He Charged me $180 to diagnose my car told me I needed a $300+ part I ordered the part it did not fix the problem just told me whatever to get the diagnostic fee and when I told him it didn’t fix my problem he wanted to charge me another $180 to diagnose it again . I ended up taking it to corpus to get diagnosed by dealership which was another $180 but atleast they diagnosed it correctly and I ended up only needing a $20 part which fixed the problem . Thankfully I am able to return the $300 part but still have to pay $35 for... read more

This gentleman was very straightforward with his pricing, timeframe, and expectations. He is polite and courteous, especially since I was at work the entire time and he was interacting with my wife as the intermediary. He repaired my vehicle in no time and made my wife very happy (since it is her vehicle he repaired). Will absolutely use him again.
