Cesar Ramirez is a scam. Had my truck with him for like 7 months and charged me $5,000 to change timing chains. And the truck was leaking oil after that. He wanted another $2,000 to fix that issue. My truck was still having misfires after it left his shop. Will never take a vehicle to him again!!
