Been coming here for years, I have a used car lot and cars sometimes they come with unforeseen problems, I bring them to Luis R and each time it has been a great experience, I’ve had lots of different jobs done here from oil changes, rotors, motor, transmission brakes, ac, and electrical. From small to big jobs and every time I leave a happy customer never had a job re done here because it’s always done 100% every time no complaints ever and price is reasonable for the work

I would NOT recommend this business to anyone. My experience was extremely upsetting, and I feel like I was taken advantage of financially. I paid for repairs that I do not believe were properly performed or justified, and I was left feeling like I had been scammed out of my money. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering bringing their vehicle here to get a second opinion before agreeing to repairs or handing over any money. Had an issue with my Honda Accord, spoke with Jennifer about the ongoing issues with the car and how the previous mechanic's work didn't do much good. At Ramirez's they did their diagnostic, gave me a reasonable and fair price for an OEM part with their labor.
