I’ve been a patient of Dr. Lavi and can confidently say they are skilled, knowledgeable, and caring. However, the experience with the front office staff has been consistently frustrating. Recently, I was bombarded with 10 back-to-back phone calls while in a meeting. THEY HARASSED ME with repeated calls, and when my elderly mother missed an appointment, instead of handling the situation professionally, they left an extremely rude voicemail, essentially banning us from the clinic and suggesting we find a doctor closer to home.... read more
