I have been seeing Ramila for almost 15 years now. What first started as help with my nutrition, Ramila has been instrumental to my gut health and my overall mental and physical health in both peri and post menopause. I’ve been consulting with Ramilla for at least 15 years on various issues from menopause to fatigue. More recently I was experiencing some digestive issues and feeling very unwell.
