I dont recommend them. 1st time there they left a tool in my car, it kept making a horrible noise randomly they couldnt figure it out so I had to take it to another garage for them find it.if you look close you can see where it is wore off from hitting my wheel weights. It was a big tool you use to hang the calipers with before putting them on. It was randomly hitting my wheel weights when I would hit bumps. I am posting a pic of the tool. We did everything the sales person asked to reserve the vehicle. Paid a non refundable 500 immediately after driving an hour that direction get a text message that they sold it out from under. Still have not gotten my 500 dollars back.This is my first one star review via Google. I Will never buy a car from Ramey
Sheila in the service department was attentive and thorough. She double checked details before passing them along and made sure changes were communicated early. It felt handled carefully, not rushed.
Brandon, Andy, and Eddie were great to work with. Explained everything to us and didn’t pressure us at all. We live 3.5 hours away and they helped us do everything remotely and even delivered the car. Can’t recommend them more!
