Absolutely amazing experience.
Ramey Toyota’s Service Department and Manager (Mr Bashem—spelling?) literally saved the day when traveling to Ohio from SC for a family event. Our Tacoma almost lost a wheel due on I-77 due to Rock Hill Toyota’s Service Department’s failure to tighten the lug nuts during a tire rotation. Ramey Toyota took us in at the last moment, near closing time, to correct this failure and get us back on the road. Above and beyond hospitality, courtesy, and professionalism. Thank you!
