Some time has passed since this had happened but wanted to finally post a review about it. But was looking at a Jeep Gladiator. I brought my truck through the express oil change for an oil change and tire rotation. They refused to do the tire rotation even though it’s on My app my tire rotation is past due. They say my tires are wearing evenly and my alignment is right on. First off I didn’t ask for that. I asked for my tires to be rotated. Second they didn’t put it up on an alignment machine so they wouldn’t know. Mr. Crabtree and his crew at Ramey does a wonderful job. We take all of our vehicles here. He helped us remedy our daughters car. We had taken her car to another prominent local dealership where the car was purchased for an oil change and they charged us for the oil change but didnt put any oil in the car. It could've been alpt worse than it was, but Mr. Crabtree and his crew at Ramey took care of us.
