Worst place to buy a car. i bought a car through them on 7/14/25 and couldn’t get the detail or my full tank of gas the day i bought it so they assured me i could come and get it when its convenient for me (as long as i can come before 30 days) so my sales person who schedules the detail has me come on 7/25/25 and he would make sure they have room for me to get this done. he comes back and tells me they were unable to get me in. i tried to be nice so i came back on 8/5/25 and then they drove my car around the parking lot, br... read more
The service department was absolutely amazing to me. I was stranded due to my Ram running rough and they came out and assisted me in finding what I needed to keep going. Everyone I spoke to cared about my issues and helped me in every way possible. Big thanks from a stranded motorist all the way from Alabama!
Absolutely never buy a car from this dealership, new or used. I had verifiable proof that my car still had a warranty through the dealership. They refuse to work with me and get it fixed, sold me a car that isn’t working anymore, refuse to help or fix, and won’t tell me a reason why. Worst sales team, worst service department, absolutely a joke of a dealership do not do business with them. It’s a disgrace rameys is allowed to work for dodge.
