Ive been a patient at total md forest hill blvd for over 14 years when dr landman was there and now dr sabido ive never ever had a problem the staff are pleasant and professional and dr sabido has a great bedside manor he takes the time to listen to your concerns and explains everything in detail.I wouldnt go anywhere else.if your nice to them they are nice to you
I personally have had the best experience at Total MD over the past few months. I was experiencing severe back pain over the past few months and came to Total MD from a personal referral. Through their use of chiropractic and physical therapy treatments, I am able to say that my back pain has significantly decreased and most days I am completely not in pain now. Called for an appointment; the receptionist noted that it had been a while since I'd been to their office and stated "well, we don't want patients flip-flopping..." (going back and forth from doctor to doctor). I guess it didn't occur to her that I hadn't been back because I had a bad experience the first time? One of the factors being the rude staff? WORST customer service! As a PCP you should give result to your patients! Dr. assistant is RUDE and tries to make you feel stupid. As a medical professional I know the ropes. Leaving patients on hold for over 20 minutes is really convenient.
I went to md total care on 8200 okeechobee blvd as a referral from a friend. I did not have a primary at the time and needed help. I sure wish I had read the reviews before going. I saw a practitioner not even a doctor who seemed to have no clue what was going on. Luckily I had researched my symptoms and was able to give some suggestions on which way to go. WHAT A DISASTER!! I went to the 8200 Okeechobee Blvd location with my fiance, who was going to have a procedure on her lower back. She had been in a car accident and had been going to this facility for a year to treat an injury to her lower spine. The procedure was scheduled with Dr. Patel weeks in advance. We had not seen Dr. Patel before, but were told she was working in conjunction with my fiance's regular doctor. We went in and it was a disaster! First, they had us fill out new patient forms. Made me wait for an hour, and no apologies whatsoever! The reason why you make an appointment, is to avoid this wait... my appointment is at 10:40 they finally called me after yelling at them at 11:48! WTF??!! if I didn't need my script I'd would've walked out!
