My mother has gone to Dr. Shah for several years. He is an excellent doctor. Have never had issues with his care. Sometimes his staff is a little unfriendly but not always.
This review isn’t about the care I received from Dr. Shah. This is about his rude and callous front desk staff, namely Rachel and Tammy. I was seen in Dr. Shah’s office for an eye infection. Dr. Shah ordered that I get tested for Covid-19 as a precaution. I had the test done that day, a Thursday. No word of my results by Friday at closing meant I had to wait until Monday.
