One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give! When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Were the staff members able to answer your questions? The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Yes, I was in agony!
I have been a patient of Dr. Peramsetty's for 5 years. He and his staff are great!! I have multiple medical issues and his office always address them in a timely manner. On several occasions I have had to contact Dr. Peramsetty after hours for diverticulitis flare-ups and he has never made me feel like I was a bother to him. I am very happy with his services and highly recommend his expertise as a physician.
I have been going to Dr, Peramsetty for a couple years now. It's always a wait so I plan on always being there a couple hours. The front staff are always rude but Dr. Peramsetty is pleasant so I overlook the front office. Well I called last week because I was out of my medicine.
