Dr Koka would earn five stars from me. He is wonderful. The reason that I gave four stars is because he works with Barkley Surgical Center. That place treats everyone like they are insignificant cattle and are impossible to deal with. They behave as if patients are an inconvenience to them. Impossible communication. I am a n RN. This is NOT a competent way to treat patients.
Excellent Doctor and Staff !! 3 colonoscopies, 1 endoscopy. Great bedside manner....Nurses were all sweet and kind. Checking in the same, all nice people. I will be referring a family member up to this facility/
Excellent and caring staff. Dr. Koka is awesome as usual with a professional and caring presence with his interactions during the visit. His expertise and bedside skills are most appreciated. Thank you Dr. Koka and the entire staff.
Be aware the day of your endoscopy the actual cost!!!! The front desk lies to you makes you pay a portion of the cost and the cost of anesthesia takes your payment and then says you don’t owe anything else, 2 months later you get a bill of $2,000-$3,000. We will never go back here ever again!! Very bad customer service and very rude front desk over the phone!! Those girls need to get fired very unprofessional, no manners and no morals whatsoever.
I saw him once several years ago. He was knowledgeable and helpful. I've since had new gastro issues and saw other Dr's from referrals from a primary that I was not comfortable with to say the least. I decided I would go back and schedule with Dr. Koka instead. I'm glad I did. He and his P.A. Jillian Hysko are great. She was also very knowledgeable. It was refreshing discussing concerns with doctors who actually pay attention and know what they're doing. Highly recommend Dr. Koka and Jillian Hysko.
