Worst Doctor I have ever encountered. The staff are all rude and the Dr Koka refused to do follow up after a procedure. The whole ordeal was a giant waste of time and money. Plus- 1/2 the time their "phones are down" so good luck even trying to make an appointment. This is what happens when we have a shortage of doctors. Terrible care and even worse customer service.
I had terrible stomach pain and was really concerned and Dr. Koka was able to diagnose me right away and I felt better the same day!
Dr was good but Priscilla there was absolutely the most caring person I have met in an office since moving here 5 years ago Kudos to you for all you do!!!
He was my group's doctor-on-call doctor when I entered Gulf Coast Hospital on a GI emergency. He spent extra time with me & was patient & supportive. He explained the procedure that he had to do & was explaining how he was being cautious. He gave me the complete follow-up after the procedure & did not race off. In addition, the Nursing staff supported how good he was. I trust him.
