Based on Google Reviews, I was excited to meet with Dr. Srinivasan for a 2nd opinion. I was seen promptly and the Dr. was nice and spent no more than 5 minutes discussing my concerns. Basically just said he agreed with the previous Dr. and surgery is my only option, handed me some papers about carpel tunnel and left. My husband and I saw Dr Srinivasan on 08-31-2026. He was recommended by the previous Dr Desai. We filled out the forms in the office. The office staff was friendly and helpful. We were called in a timely fashion & the female tech was very nice when we asked her to make copies of our medications. Dr Srinivasan was personable and knowledgeable. I had an excellent experience with my doctor and his entire team during my left shoulder surgery. Going into surgery, I was a little scared and nervous, but from the beginning, he was extremely compassionate, patient, and reassuring. He took the time to explain everything in detail and communicated with me throughout the entire process about what to expect and what was going to be done. I visited Dr. Srinivasan once about a procedure for my trigger thumb. He was very kind had great reviews and I booked the surgery. I have no doubt about him but serious concerns about Methodist surgical center. This is my second time being there (once for a different surgery) and both times were awful. Both times I was given a time for the surgery and arrived 2 hrs earlier for prep only to be told that my surgery was much later in the day. Had surgery on right hand for Dupuytren's contracture and trigger finger. Dr. Srinivasan did my evaluation and performed the surgery. Now four months later and I could not be happier with the outcome! Surgery went very well and there were no complications afterward. Was given thorough instructions by staff as to therapy after surgery.
