The location is still less three years old. I am their regular🥹The people work here are really friendly. From time to time, they will have new stuffs and now they have new soft serve Hokkaido ice cream and tamagoyaki. Their ramen are really good and so as their chashu sushi. Perfect for people who doesn’t like raw fish. They have vegetarian ramen too.

Finally opened in mid to late July 2025. Super long lines out the door the first weekend but i went on the second weekend it was open and was able to walk right in and grab a table. For the ramen purists, my review might not have enough street cred because I ordered the vegan ramen with thin noodles,..but it was delicious. Terrific broth, nice noodle texture, and enjoyable Woods Ear mushrooms. Their hot sauce is also quite good with a real flavor! I actually hate ramen. Until today. The broth was rich and flavorful without slowing you down. The Chashu was held at a perfect temperature where while it held up with the chopsticks, it disintegrated in your mouth. The tatsunoya roll was unexpectedly wonderful. Using the same Chashu pork. My only complaint was that the integrity of the sushi roll was a little fragile. So you'll need to maneuver your chopsticks to lift it from the bottom instead of holding it casually.
