Cute restaurant with delicious food. The umamibom used to be my favorite. Tried the gluten free vegetarian this time and it's really good too. They were really careful with preparing mine and informative about which add one would be safe for me now that I can't have gluten.
I purchased a $30+ bowl of their Wagyu Ramen a while back. Ramen is hard to come by in Utah for obvious reasons, so this place knows it doesn't have to try hard to satisfy its customers. And it really doesn't try to hide it anymore. When I first moved to Ogden, at least the place had a good vibe and the ramen was actually decent at the time (about 5 years ago now). Went on a Sunday evening and ordered shio ramen. Wasn’t too busy and was seated immediately. Servers were friendly and the restaurant has a chill vibe. Egg and pork were both very salty and the broth was alright.
The food was good, came out quickly. Our waitress was very sweet and attentive. Unfortunately the one of the workers brings down my opinion on the restaurant. One employee was informing others about information from a meeting or something, but she was being unprofessional. Not only was she loud enough to where you could hear what she was saying, even when you weren’t super close, she was also swearing to the other employees and- in my opinion being rude to her coworkers.
