Food is consistently delicious. They have different offerings on the menu which keeps things interesting (for me). Glad to have a yummy place in the South San Jose.
The place has a very nice ambiance and staff are super friendly and efficient. I had the tonkotsu tonkatsu (pork on pork soup!) and the broth was excellent, very nice mouth feel and rich. The pork katsu was nice and crisp. It came with thin noodles and next time I'll think to ask to try the thick ones.
A little restaurant with good ramen. Service is nice and fast. You can order with the bars code and pay on your phone or have physical menus. Their Buta Ramen is piled high with green and the tonkotsu ramen is not too salty. I do wish that they have cashu but it’s just a preference. They have rice plates to with my brother loves.
