The real deal I am a property manager with over 30 years of experience. I must say that I am extremely satisfied with this company. It's hard to find a company that is the real deal, i mean providing a good service at a fair price and honoring what they say. If you are looking for a roofer, i'd recommend them instantly.
V.P. Of Building Services I find their system of customer service to be very confusing. Every time you want to speak or meet with a person that knows what a roof is, they insist on connecting you with the marketing department. I have worked with them for over 4 years and I am amazed how the service has changed. I need someone who knows roofing not sending me more worthless literature.

Very pleasant surprise I worked with a young man named Kyle at this company. He was so helpful and keep me informed during our entire re-roof. I am not familiar with roofing, but these guys really seem to know their stuff. I was expecting some grungy typicals, but was pleasantly surprised to see well groomed, uniformed service men who were polite and professional,
My Experience – One Star Rating Says It All!!!!
Dealing with their customer service representatives has not been an easy task. I had a simply dispute on an invoice and the person I dealt with was rude and not very courteous. I will definitely take my business elsewhere.
Ramcon LLC – I am not sure when the previous review was written but over the last 6 months Ramcon has become a changed company. When I call in for service it very hard to get someone to direct my call to the right person> I do not want Sales and Marketing I want someone who cna fix my problem and actually knows what a roof is. They may have a lot of awards but maybe it is time to fix the internal problems and forget about the glitter.
Poor Service I am switching my repair and reroof business to Nu-Tec Toofing Contractors. 813-622-7750
