Having difficulty trying to edit my previous review. I’ll put this update up front because my previous Review of Ramco was negative and I had rated it a 1. I’ve since moved it up to a 5. Too bad it doesn’t go higher. Marvin Raimer, owner, called me afterwards and discussed my issue with the roofing. We both agreed there were probably faults on both parts, but he was insistent on making things right and ensuring I remained a satisfied customer. I appreciate his willingness to investigate and resolve the issue. I am extremely pleased of his forthright attitude and ability to review phone calls, paperwork, conduct personnel interviews of those involved, and gather all necessary information before even making the phone call to me. This is an example of a fine. courteous, and respectful owner/leader of people, regardless had we fixed anything or not. I will continue buying from Ramco because I know the company cares about its customers and wants to see that everything is perfect for their properties in which they are building or improving. Thank you Ramco, and Marvin, for instilling confidence in my decision to purchase Ramco products.

THE TEAM FROM RAMCO JUST COMPLETED A NEW ROOF ON OUR HOME AT LAKE BRUCE. IT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL AND WE COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THE SERVICE AND THE GROUP OF WORKERS THAT DID THE JOB. WE WOULD RECOMMEND RAMCO TO ANYONE FOR FRIENDLY, FAST PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND A SUPERIOUR PRODUCT..
