StellarStar All of the negative things said about Ramblewood are true. I wouldn't recommend this place, it's horrible.
Breach of Contract I rented the Community Center for my daughters Open House and they called me the day before saying that I couldn't use the room because the basement flooded. They knew this at 10 in the morning and waited until 3 to call me. It wasn't even the manager Jennifer Star would called either she hid behind one of her staff. I paid for a private room with a kitchen and ended up with it being moved to the Health Club. Ever heard of constructive eviction? The staff at Ramblewood allowed my nosy neighbor to make allegations against me without considering my defense to the point where I was harassed by the office manager and then arrived home one day to find an eviction notice taped to my door.

The staff at Ramblewood allowed my nosy neighbor to make allegations against me without considering my defense to the point where I was harassed by the office manager and then arrived home one day to find an eviction notice taped to my door. Don't waste your time or money on this place. If you do sign a lease, make friends with a good lawyer.
You get what you pay for Ramblewood Apartments are decent apartments. Their monthly rate are very moderately priced but you know the saying -- You Get What You Pay For -- which is exactly true with Ramblewood. It's a large apartment complex with most of the tenants being upper teens/low twenties or young couples with small children.
