Management here is awful.. Cant get anything fixed, bedbugs n mold thru oyt whole complex. Just tore out the pool.. Less than 24 hr notice when they want to come unto your apt. New floor looks like crap in hallway.. Yeah WOW! Easier 4 bugs 2 get into ur apt, noisier.. Tired of bad managers one after another.. Ni other choices in housing if u r on limited income..
Stay away from this place!!!! Management is constantly changing and extremely incompetent. They are not honest with the residents. Also, with all of their "renovations" they are not looking out for the safety of the residents, I was injured by their negligience and they did not even ask how we were(I am 7 months pregnant and this negligience caused me to go into labor). It is amazing just how in a few months Beechwood has turned directions I see that the new staff are making some big changes! They had the carpets cleaned in the hallways,putting new siding on the buildings and the outsides of the buildings are lighted up so good. I hear that more change is coming and I welcome it. Thank you Beechwood for caring about us!
Beechwood Villas is so convenient to everything. About 2 miles from Eastgate Mall, restaurants, great school district, etc. I am so happy with the new manager and assistant manager because they really care about us and make this a great place to live. The owners are in the process of upgrading everything: all new exterior siding and lights, redecorating the hallways to look like upscale condo living, new covered picnic area, large well kept pool, remodeled kitchens and baths. I heard that the company is going to put in alot of money into the property.I can see the difference. This new staff is the best they have had since moving in a couple yrs ago.
As a renter that is that I live here. I would not recommend to anyone to live here. Do to the fact that nearly 1 out 5 tenants is on probation and or have felon on their record. I seriously wish that something could be done about this problem. I myself only live here because it is the only place that I can afford while attending school and rasing two kids.
