We moved in just a few months ago and it has been such a quiet area. The people here are super friendly and most have been here for a while. Everyone in passing always makes sure to say hello. Sara and Gage are absolutely the best! Such a great place to live.
We have lived here for a year and the staff are great people and very friendly! But within the last 6 months AT LEAST the roaches have gotten very bad and the exterminator only sprays above the kitchen sink. They also haven’t fixed our bathtub nozzle that broke off a few months ago and they said they would fix. Overall the staff and community are very good and but for having an unrenovate/original unit the price is steep, especially for such a bad roach infestation that I’ve addressed and not fixed in any way which is not ok... read more
2 words to describe this place. Quite and Cozy! I have lived here for 4+ years and didn't know about this hidden gem. Super close to all the important spots walmart/publix/Applebee's ect. Super nice staff ... shout out to Ms.Sara! And I lied about only having 2 words to describe this place ....ill add 2 more... Clean and affordable!
I have lived in this community and noted the care from management as well as my neighbors. I appreciated the timely responses to any maintenance concern as well as the intentional care of all community members.
I have been living at Ramblewood for a year and I have received nothing but outstanding service from both property management Sara Crum ( The Best!) and if there is a maintenance issues or concerns, Gage is always available and get all needs met. The location is convenient for all my personal needs , I mean everything is in close proximity ( Grocery shopping, various restaurant choices, car maintenance services,etc).
