Very friendly and affordable. With the new owners and maintenance man everything is making a huge turnaround and the future will only get brighter here for the residents!

Could be cleaner, I stay to myself but from time to time have to go clean the laundry mat because other tenants don't clean up after their selves or their children. The ones I have met have been nice and don't have that much drama like I've heard.
