They forgot to update our Domuso to reflect the pro-rated rent price to account for our move out date that we gave proper 30-day notice. Took them five days to update it in the system. My two-star rating for Ramblewood stems from an acceptable living experience, largely due to Pam's excellent service and being so nice. However, the move-out process was extremely disappointing (managed by another office staff member). Unjustified and retroactive deductions from my security deposit—including a carpet cleaning charge added 21 days after my check was dispersed, and unexplained utility costs—felt dishonest. They took our entire deposit.
For context, we've been living here for a few months and just recently like 1-2 months ago, something has been happening or has changed with pest control. There's so many more bugs like roaches than when we moved in. Sometimes I don't want to take a walk when it gets dark because there's so many creepy crawlies outside... I'm not sure where they come from but we see them on the walls, on people's doors, in the pool... Makes me not want to swim even though it's super hot recently.
