I spoke with Andrea a few days ago to inquire about an apartment. Unfortunately, she was rude and asked for a lot of irrelevant information when I was simply trying to get a quick question answered. At the end of the call, she hung up without a thank you or goodbye — overall, it was a poor customer service experience. If I could give negative stars, I would. I have never had any issues in this apartment complex, given this property has changed 4 times since I've been living here. All of the previous managers we're amazing and know how to run the property. Amber, Pamela, Esteban we're amazing managers. Luis the maintenance guy is amazing. Cindy the leasing agent is amazing.
