Been trying to reach the owner of this apartment complex to express my concerns, and my current situation while living here that has caused so much distress to me and my family. I was told to just refer to lease agreement for further guidance so l did and Lease agreement has been violated multiple times by this apartment management. I was told I could not speak to the owner. The staff were very friendly, especially Pam, who helped us find our perfect home. We viewed a handful of properties before Ramblewood and we immediately fell in love with the place. The application process went smoothly without a hitch and we appreciate Pam and the rest of the staff for making the move happen.
Excellent, no issues, Pamella W has been super nice in answering every question I had. Super quite, clean and close proximity to literally everything(stores, restaurants). Best apartment I have lived so far.
Pamela Washington has a level of professionalism that exceeds excellence. The community thrives under her leadership. Her caring and compassionate attitude is also present in her staff. This property is well maintained and convenient to all.
Finally I decided to move back. I really like the living experience here before which is the biggest reason I choose to move back. And this time, the management team gave me the greatest support, very nice room tour and move in experience, and specifically thanks Pamela, my new community manager:)
