I had a recent experience with Ramblestone estates. Here is my long story. For those who don't want to read, the summary is at the bottom. I was trying to rent an apartment from them. I missed one. Then I had them put my name on the waitlist and they scheduled an appointment to me around mid May. Horrible mold problems that are not always visible or properly addressed in multiple buildings on this property. Office manager Kate, does not address issues or relay to owner (who will dismiss them anyway), they want your money and will find any reason to take it despite not keeping up with their end of leasing agreements. The owners father was a very nice man dedicated to the care and keeping of this property many many years ago - sadly his son the current owner does not show the same amount of pride nor concern.

Slum lord apartments smell of mildew. Reoccurring black mold in alll basements of every apartment. Mold in my old apartment closets making them useless. Manger does nothing when brought to attention only slightly cleaner. Honestly I'm surprised state hasn't stepped in already due to low health standards from manger of the apartments and owner.
