I've always felt the extra love and care for my hair as well as my head space and comfort from Darian during our appointments. I have triggers surrounding my mirror image and hair that he handles with kindness and compassion, and when it's all over, I know and trust and lean into the knowledge that the mirror finally shows me as what I'm supposed to look like. Booked an appointment for a first time visit on the recommendation of a friend who loves the service. Got up to get ready for the day and recheck appointments for the day, I got an email with no explanation saying the appointment was canceled at 1.56 am, the morning of. It said I need to rebook. I check to see the times for rebooking and the time I had originally chosen is now open and free. There was no explanation for why the appointment was canceled or anything.
